
I just recently noticed this blip from the preface to Westminster Confession of Faith as presented on the PCA website:
Cornelius Burgess was a high sacramentalist who sat on the Westminster Assembly's committee that drafted the baptism sections of the standards. He also known for writing the book "The Baptismal Regeneration of Elect Infants."
