Wow, that's uglier than our local Unitarian Church. It looks like one of those buildings that they store rock salt in (for snow removal), but you don't have that issue.

It looks like the the whole building has soft sides that can retract toward the ground and then burst upwards releasing a large brown cloud of noxious fumes.

Silly Unitarians, don't they know that onion domes are supposed to be gold plated , have a Cross on them , and be on top of the Church ? ;- )
